1. Referral Network Transparency

Houston Emergency Home Services operates as an emergency referral and telephone dispatch platform. We connect consumers with independent, third-party licensed trade contractors in the Greater Houston metropolitan area.

2. Independent Contractor Relationship

All emergency plumbing, roofing, HVAC, water remediation, and garage door repair services are provided directly by independent contractors. Each contractor is solely responsible for their own licensing, insurance, diagnostic estimates, and contractual warranties.

3. Emergency Response Times

Quoted arrival times (e.g., 30 to 60 minutes) are estimates based on standard traffic and weather conditions across Greater Houston and cannot be guaranteed during active regional natural disasters or severe flash flooding.

4. Limitation of Liability

Houston Emergency Home Services shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from work performed by third-party contracting companies dispatched through our referral network.
